Connecting to external destinations 

We have added a X-header as an additional header when calling an external system. This makes it possible to match routed calls that leave Horizon Contact to be handled by another system and eventually come back into Horizon Contact. 

Other enhancements 

• We have added functionality to strip out unnecessary special characters when making a call. This means that users don’t need to manually remove spaces or brackets when pasting numbers into Horizon Contact. 
• We have added an ‘Owner’ column for non-voice channels so users can easily see who the owner of flows are.
